• Full-Solution E-commerce: Optimize the purchase and renewal experience for our total health solutions, including supplements, prescription medicines, and biomarker testing. • Community Ecosystem: Foster and build the digital infrastructure for our community of users who care for each other’s health as much as their own. • Revenue Alignment: Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the "Product-Led Growth" (PLG) funnel and expansion. • Retention Economics: Use behavioral data and community loops to build "sticky" products that increase Lifetime Value (LTV). • Next-Gen AI Interaction: Lead the design and delivery of an AI-driven interface that synthesizes biomarker results, product recommendations, and community insights into a single, intuitive user experience. • System Scalability: Work with Engineering to ensure our data and AI layers support rapid third-party integrations and global scale. • Technical Debt Management: Make high-judgment calls on when to refactor for stability versus when to sprint for market impact. • Player-Coach Mentality: Run the product management process end-to-end—from discovery to shipping—while building and leading a high-performing team. • AI-Assisted Workflow: Champion the use of AI tools within the product organization to accelerate research, documentation, and design. • Strategic Conviction: Pivot quickly based on new information while having the data-backed conviction to protect the core product path.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or senior leadership role.
- Hands-on Expert: Demonstrated ability to remain "in the weeds" of product execution while managing an organization.
- B2C Scale: Proven track record scaling products from 0 to 1 and managing millions of users.
- AI Fluent: Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, agents, coding assistants) in your personal and professional workflow.
- Proven track record leading both product management and design teams simultaneously.
