• Collaborate with internal HR and business units to gather and analyze requirements, recommend best practices, system controls, protocols, and business process improvements. • Configure and maintain UKG system settings, features, and functionality in accordance with HR and IT requirements. • Build, maintain, and support reporting and analytics from the UKG platform. • Establish and maintain integrations from UKG to other GuidePoint IT Enterprise Applications. • Experience managing and supporting integrations between UKG and other enterprise applications. • Provide timely technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving inquiries effectively. • Partner with HR and IT teams to pinpoint opportunities for system optimization and streamline processes. • Develop and execute training programs to educate users on system functionality and best practices. • Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and uphold data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. • Stay abreast of UKG product updates and industry trends. • Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG functionality, offering guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders. • Coordinate with external application teams to facilitate necessary data integrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations, adept at translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various UKG Pro Core (formerly UltiPro) system components, including Pro Core general user and employee data administration, Onboarding, Business Intelligence, Benefits, Timekeeping, and Payroll.
- Proficiency in support and configuration of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) timekeeping and leave management.
- Proficient in UKG reporting tools across both HCM and workforce management platforms, including UKG Pro Core and UKG Workforce Management (People Analytics/Workforce Dimensions).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Certifications in UKG systems administration or related areas are advantageous.
- Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Internal Systems Administrator to work within a team that will manage, optimize, and support the entire suite of business and operational systems used by Netsurit. While we are heavily invested in the ConnectWise ecosystem, this role extends far beyond PSA and RMM into typical MSP tools like TimeZest, SmileBack, BrightGauge, CloudRadial, HubSpot, n8n, MS CSP billing, ITGlue, Scalepad, QuickBooks, etc. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all our tools communicate seamlessly, either through native integrations or custom API/webhook builds. This role requires a strong mix of systems administration, business process understanding, and automation skills to drive operational excellence, reporting accuracy, and extreme efficiency across our entire business. Key Responsibilities - Business Systems Ecosystem Management - Administer, maintain, and optimize the company's core operational platforms, including ConnectWise (PSA & RMM), CloudRadial, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Scalepad, TimeZest, and SmileBack. - Oversee Microsoft CSP billing processes and ensure accurate reconciliation between Microsoft, our PSA, and QuickBooks. - Manage user access, security roles, and platform settings across all internal applications. - Act as the primary technical contact for vendor support regarding internal tooling issues and upgrades. - Integration & Automation Development - Design, build, and maintain integrations between all business systems natively or via custom API connections. - Utilize integration and workflow automation platforms (such as n8n) to bridge gaps between disconnected systems, eliminate manual data entry, and streamline business processes. - Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate routine administrative tasks and improve service desk workflows. - ConnectWise Administration & RMM - Configure and maintain ConnectWise PSA service boards, workflows, SLAs, ticket routing, agreements, and billing structures. - Oversee the ConnectWise RMM environment, ensuring monitoring policies for servers, workstations, and network devices are accurate and actionable. - Maintain endpoint compliance, automated remediation scripts, patch management, and health checks. - Reporting & Analytics - Administer BrightGauge to produce accurate, real-time operational, financial, and service delivery dashboards. - Integrate SmileBack CSAT data into performance reports and executive dashboards. - Report on key business metrics: SLA performance, utilization, billing accuracy, client health, and technician productivity. - Support, Training & Collaboration - Provide internal escalation support for staff experiencing issues with our internal tool stack. - Train internal users on system best practices, new features, and workflow changes (e.g., how to properly utilize TimeZest for scheduling or CloudRadial for client engagement). - Work closely with leadership, sales, and finance to identify process bottlenecks and implement technical solutions.
