Role Description - Review, clean, and update company data accurately in internal systems and databases - Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records - Maintain organized and up-to-date data files and documentation - Enter financial data including invoices, payments, and transaction records into ERP systems - Verify data consistency and ensure compliance with company standards - Generate basic reports and support data validation processes - Coordinate with KSA teams to resolve data discrepancies and missing information - Ensure confidentiality and security of company information - Support accounting operations by entering payment data, assisting with journal entries, and organizing financial records - Support daily administrative and operational data management tasks - Assist in improving data organization and workflow efficiency - Meet assigned deadlines and maintain data accuracy targets in a remote work environment Qualifications - 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry, data cleaning, or administrative support roles - Hands-on experience in data cleaning, deduplication, and error correction - Accounting background is preferred - Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) - Experience using Google Sheets for collaborative data management - Experience using ERP or accounting systems (Odoo or similar) is preferred - Experience updating and maintaining large databases or CRM systems Requirements - Excellent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong data entry and typing speed - Data cleaning and validation - Organizational and file management skills Benefits - Incentive based on client retention rate as per company policy - Remote/will be onsite – Based in Egypt, Supporting KSA Operations
• Own the day-to-day accounting operations of AmpiFire • Keep our books clean and accurate • Process payments and payroll, handling finance-related support requests • Actively contribute to a long-term QBO remediation and automation project • Work closely with the Finance Operations Manager and interface directly with our external accounting teams
• Own and manage the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including related disclosures • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support tax-related audits and financial statement disclosures • Coordinate closely with internal business partners such as Accounting and FP&A to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing • Hold a key role in designing, improving, and implementing global tax processes to support a growing and complex business • Drive improvements in tax technology, data quality, and automation tools • Partner with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activity (acquisitions and integrations) • Research and analyze complex tax technical issues and clearly communicate conclusions to leadership • Mentor and develop members of a growing tax team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
