Mid-level Systems Analyst – AI Engineering

• Analyze and assist in gathering requirements and defining the functional solution for project development; • Interact with clients, partners, and colleagues across the company to obtain a systemic view of the solution to be built; • Define the development strategy, including program structure, performance considerations, usability, interface design, database design, reuse of existing code, and use of components; • Monitor and support the development of projects at all stages; • Diagnose application issues, performing the necessary analysis and documentation for corrections; • Adhere to and follow the development schedule; • Estimate and define the time required to implement new features and system fixes; • Provide training to Product and Support teams on topics related to Systems Analysis and Programming; align them on new system features and development requests; and provide rationale and added value through the adoption of recommended best practices; • Prepare documentation related to analysis processes; • Create and manage projects in the project management tool.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of techniques for analyzing, designing, and interpreting ERP systems;
- Knowledge of AI engineering and its application for using artificial intelligence solutions;
- Knowledge of Structured Modeling;
- Familiarity with Project Management is desirable;
- Knowledge of logic, algorithms, programming languages, and database systems;
- Knowledge of quality assurance, planning, and system usability.
