Overview - Claims Background: Prior claims experience preferred - Jurisdictional Experience: North/Northeast states - Active Adjusters' licenses: No adjusters license required - Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work How you'll make an impact - Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections. - Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources. - Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards. - Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of 1 years related experience required - Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled - Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices - Computer experience with related claims and business software. #LI-Remote Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. • Perform manual backend testing using API tools and databases for Mobile and Web applications • Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, and functional testing for new and existing features • Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, checklists, and bug reports • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and all stages of the SDLC • Analyze requirements and actively participate in feature decomposition and estimations • Investigate, reproduce, and report bugs with clear prioritization and detailed context • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders as a QA feature owner • Validate A/B tests and support feature quality during experiments and releases
