• Own the ongoing view of player and revenue performance across the business, including: - Retention and reactivation trends across cohorts (by product, acquisition source, and player segment) - Cohort payback and lifetime value, with a clear view of how quickly and sustainably we’re generating value - ARPU and value distribution across sportsbook, casino, and cross-product players - The impact of bonuses and promotions on both short-term activity and long-term value • Analyse performance across the full player lifecycle: - From acquisition → onboarding → early engagement → long-term retention - Identifying where players are dropping off, and where value is being created or lost • Break down performance across key verticals and levers: - Sportsbook: staking behaviour, margin dynamics, event-level engagement, promotional impact - Casino: game mix, session frequency, cross-sell dynamics, consistency of revenue - Retention & Promotions: how incentives, features, and experiences influence engagement, frequency, and long-term value • Understand how commercial activity translates into product performance: - How acquisition quality impacts retention and LTV - How onboarding and early experience shape long-term behaviour - How incentives and features influence engagement, frequency, and value (beyond immediate uplift) • Support and evaluate key commercial and product initiatives, including: - Free-to-play games as retention and engagement drivers - Rewards and loyalty frameworks (e.g. progression systems, incentives, VIP mechanics) - Promotional mechanics such as prize draws and campaigns - New market and territory launches • Help define and measure success: - Setting clear KPIs upfront - Tracking performance post-launch - Identifying what’s working and what needs to evolve • Identify what is driving movement in key metrics: - Explaining shifts in retention, revenue, and payback in a clear, structured way - Distinguishing between short-term effects and sustainable improvements • Translate analysis into clear, practical direction: - Where to focus to improve performance - What needs to change in product, retention, or promotions - Helping teams prioritise initiatives with the biggest impact

Job Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming / betting is essential
  • 4+ years’ experience in commercial, analytics, or strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of player economics and lifecycle metrics (retention, LTV, payback, ARPU, etc.)
  • Proven ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insight
  • Strong hands-on experience with data and BI tools
  • Comfortable using tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau (or similar) to independently explore data and build analysis
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams (product, marketing, trading, finance)
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex issues in a simple, structured way
  • Collaborative approach — works with teams to improve performance, not just report on it
  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Experience across both sportsbook and casino (Nice to have)
  • SQL or experience working closely with data teams (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with lifecycle / retention mechanics (Nice to have)
