• Own the commercial lifecycle of 8-figure enterprise accounts, accountable for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. • Build and maintain deep relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, across Operations, Security, and Engineering departments. • Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging deep subject-matter expertise to maximize the value we bring our clients. • Partner with technical teams to translate Alice’s complex model-hardening and red-teaming results into clear business outcomes and ROI for non-technical executives. • Act as the "voice of the customer" to influence solution design and execution.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Account Management or Strategic Sales, managing 8-figure accounts.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or significant experience working with highly technical products (AI, Cyber, or Infrastructure).
- Startup Experience: You thrive in unpaved environments and have a builder mindset.
- Familiarity with malware, cyber risks, mobile security, or AI Safety is a significant advantage.

Key Accountabilities Include - Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts in alignment with company objectives - Ensure sales and marketing plans are effectively implemented within assigned accounts - Proactively resolve matters that impact assigned accounts and escalate critical issues when necessary - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key contacts - Work closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to maximize the resource effectively Primary Responsibilities Include - Execute and support the assigned account plan; serve as the primary contact for day-to-day business matters pertaining to sales, planning, and marketing for assigned accounts. - Optimize the placement and performance of Yamaha products within assigned customers or dealers in alignment with approved strategies. - Report on market insights, competitive conditions, and product activities within assigned accounts and recommend appropriate countermeasures. - Support the assessment and coordination of training initiatives for channel partners within assigned accounts. - Develop and maintain sales forecasts for assigned accounts; document account sales cycle activities and ensure accuracy of pipeline reporting. - Coordinate internal resources and support for demand generation events and customer-related activities within assigned accounts. - Execute assigned sales targets while utilizing established tools, templates, and processes to drive measurable business outcomes.
