Job Description

Growth

Numeral (YC W23)

• Launch & scale new growth channels: Identify, test, and validate new customer acquisition channels, then build repeatable systems around what works. • Co-own paid acquisition: Launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels (search, social, emerging platforms) with a focus on CAC, pipeline, and revenue impact. • Build & enrich the TAM: Define, expand, and continuously refine our total addressable market through data sourcing, enrichment tools, segmentation, and ICP iteration to ensure we’re targeting the highest-value opportunities. • Develop creator & content partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with content creators and partners to drive awareness, credibility, and customer acquisition. • Optimize website & conversion funnels: Continuously improve core website pages, landing pages, and funnel flows through testing, messaging iteration, and CRO experimentation. • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with sales and product to align messaging, identify high-value opportunities, and turn customer insights into growth initiatives. • Stand-up new market segments: Helping Numeral go from 0 to 1 in entirely new segments, beyond ecommerce or SaaS. Leading with marketing.

Job Requirements

  • 2–8 years in growth, marketing, or a founder/operator role, ideally in a high-velocity startup environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition impact; you’ve launched campaigns, experiments, or channels that generated real pipeline or revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and comfort managing budgets, CAC targets, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills, you’re comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution models, and can connect channel performance to revenue outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ABM or targeted outbound motions, you understand segmentation, personalization, and how to partner with sales to drive high-value accounts.
  • Experience building, segmenting, or enriching TAM datasets, you’ve worked with enrichment tools, data providers, or built targeting frameworks around ICP refinement.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator, strong writing skills across ads, landing pages, emails, and positioning.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, you don’t need a playbook; you build one.
  • High ownership mentality, you operate like a founder, care about outcomes over activity, and take responsibility for results.
  • Bias toward action, you ship fast, iterate quickly, and would rather test than debate.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and automation — you’re excited to leverage AI-native workflows to move faster and do more with less.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity - you'll share directly in the company's success
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Wellness perks like Headspace and the Peloton One App
