Business Development Manager

• Drive platform growth through new seller acquisition, strategic partnerships, and inventory expansion • Identify, secure, and activate high-value sellers who bring strategic relevance, operational readiness, and scalable impact to eBay Live • Operate with a hunter mindset—relentlessly pursuing opportunities, forging relationships, and capturing untapped seller potential to expand the marketplace • Analyze GMV per seller, seller acquisition targets, and support eBay Live category strategies • Negotiate business terms and partnership agreements with high-value sellers and inventory partners • Coach, mentor, and develop BD Associates and Sales Coordinators

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development and/or as an Account Executive
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Proven experience working with external and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills, including strong proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with prevalent internet marketing methodologies
  • CRM experience required, with a strong preference for Salesforce
