Senior Client Finance Analyst

RGA

• Lead revenue forecasting for mid-tier client portfolios, manage revenue pipelines, and advise on revenue recognition. • Perform variance analysis and EAC (Estimate at Completion) reviews, providing clear commentary on burn management and over-burn risks. • Partner with account teams to draft SOWs, ensuring 'math/rate checks' are highly accurate, invoicing schedules are optimized, and rate cards are correctly applied. • Conduct regular margin analysis reviews to ensure projects remain profitable and proactively identify risks when significant shifts occur. • Own the full billing cycle and associated commentaries (AR, WIP, Earned but Unbilled). • Own Out-of-Pocket (OOP) management, reconciling production budgets and communicating available balances to clients. Manage weekly payables for cash flow estimations in partnership with Business Affairs. • Ensure all audit documentation and compliance standards are met through a strong understanding of accounting principles. • Leverage AI and advanced spreadsheet proficiency to automate reporting, troubleshoot errors, and evolve our reporting capabilities. • Prepare and present financial data to stakeholders, translating complex spreadsheets into actionable insights for non-finance leads.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in finance/accounting in a professional services or technology company.
  • Experience with Revenue Forecasting & Recognition, Margin Analysis, Rate Card Analysis, and Variance Analysis.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Experience with PSA/PM tools (e.g., Productive, Mavenlink, or similar) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional fluency in English.
