Regional Sales Manager
CONAGRA
Role Description Reporting to a Foodservice Sales Director, you’ll join a supportive team focused on building skills, sharing best practices, and growing together. You’ll bring our sales programs to life—expanding distribution and driving growth across every foodservice segment—while partnering with our sales agency and distributor network. Along the way, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, deliver customer-facing presentations, manage priority accounts, and help execute our sales strategy across the North Central region. This is a remote, field-based role (home office) where you’ll learn fast, build your network, and make a visible impact. You can be based in the Denver or Minneapolis metro areas—we just ask that you live within an hour of a major airport for travel. A Taste of Your Responsibilities - Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals and communicate progress to management. - Maximize sales and profit aligned with brand strategies and established guidelines. - Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and build financial proposals. - Develop and maintain customer, distributor, and sales agency relationships while ensuring effective communication. - Deliver coordinated sales presentations to customers in partnership with our sales agency. - Provide product training at distributor and agency levels. - Maintain priority accounts within Salesforce. - Travel up to 50% within the region. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience. - 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including distributor, account, and agency management. - Experience managing multiple product categories and customers with broad knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts. - Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and managing promotional activities across multiple markets. - Experience interpreting and applying multiple data sources (such as Tibersoft and Technomic) to develop strategy and tactics. - Experience establishing and maintaining internal relationships (Category Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance) and external relationships (strategic customers, agency partners, distributors). - Experience managing trade spending with strong fiscal responsibility. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
