Role Description Economic consultant with strong expertise in composite index design, economic modeling, and data analytics, preferably with experience in the agriculture sector and/or fragile contexts. The consultant will lead the development of a robust, transparent, and policy-relevant index to assess the performance and constraints of Ukraine’s agricultural sector across different actor levels.
