NetSuite Project Manager
BPM LLP
• Serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations, focusing on NetSuite and Workday solutions • Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively track availability and optimize utilization across engagements • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management plans and escalation strategies • Drive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level communication on project health and outcomes • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives • Act as a Solution Architect on select engagements, leading solution design for NetSuite and Workday implementations, ensuring alignment to client business requirements and best practices • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define end-to-end system architecture, including integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite and Workday platforms • Provide strategic guidance on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions • Champion a client-first mindset, using expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver measurable value and positive outcomes • Promote and model BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, leveraging digital collaboration tools, and contributing to sustainable workplace practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with demonstrated experience leading implementations for NetSuite and/or Workday
- Proven experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations in a consulting environment
- Strong project management expertise, including development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
- Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, including data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations
- Experience contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations, including translating business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuite and/or Workday
- Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent engagements
- Excellent client management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
