Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong experience with Excel and data modelling
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Role Description Utilizing significant technical experience and expertise, the Technical Lead supports an application or infrastructure team with planning, system analysis, design, application build, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. This role is critical to solution development and technical strategy design with a focus on necessary product evolution. Applying knowledge of healthcare workflows and understanding of the needs of customers within their domain and incorporating this to inform recommendations for solutions and service implementation.
