Role Description As a PPC Team Lead in the PPC team and part of Hostinger’s Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing PPC team while driving paid advertising performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and other Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure consistent growth across markets. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing PPC team. - Own and evolve our PPC strategy — primarily across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and selected social platforms. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and other Marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business goals. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable improvements. - Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and uncover new growth opportunities. - Maintain high standards of execution, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable impact and ROI. Qualifications - 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams or channels. - Deep understanding of PPC channels — including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and their roles within a unified growth strategy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you turn complex data into actionable marketing decisions. - Proven organizational and leadership abilities — you create clarity, accountability, and momentum in fast-paced environments. - Skilled in using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing performance and productivity. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can simplify complex ideas and collaborate effectively across teams. - Excellent written and spoken English skills.
