• Lead and support two IT Specialists across different time zones (NZ and Vietnam), providing clear direction, prioritisation guidance, and day-to-day coaching. Foster a collaborative, high-output team culture for the duration of the contract. • Own the IT support queue, ensuring tickets are triaged, assigned, and resolved within agreed SLAs. Monitor queue health, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical measures to keep service levels on track. • Ensure all technology provisioning for new starters and secure deactivation for leavers is completed on time and in line with EP’s standards. • Manage procurement of hardware and peripherals for new hires, working within budget and lead-time constraints. Maintain accurate asset records and ensure the asset register is up to date at all times. • Work with EP’s Group Director Engineering, COO and relevant stakeholders to prepare evidence, resolve gaps, and support the team through the audit cycle. • Lead the operational delivery of EP’s transition from Zluri to Torii as the primary SaaS management platform. This includes coordinating data migration, onboarding the team to new workflows, and ensuring continuity of SaaS visibility throughout.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading or mentoring IT support teams, ideally across multiple time zones or in a remote-first environment
- Strong hands-on experience managing IT support queues, triaging tickets, and delivering against SLAs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user provisioning, access management, and device setup
- Demonstrated experience managing hardware procurement and maintaining accurate asset registers
- Familiarity with SaaS management tools (e.g. Torii, Zluri or similar) and overseeing system implementations or migrations
- Solid understanding of information security practices, with exposure to frameworks such as ISO 27001 or similar
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Security, People teams) to deliver IT outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable improvements
