Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation and support overall revenue growth. The BDR will focus on engaging targeted accounts through structured, multi-channel outreach, identifying potential opportunities, and setting up qualified meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team. This role is centered on outbound prospecting across key lead sources, including project-based opportunities, curated account lists, and self-sourced prospects. The BDR will engage construction contractors, designers, and owners to understand their contract workflows and identify where ACD solutions can provide value. BDRs are supported by defined outbound strategies, lead sources, and modern sales tools, and are expected to execute with consistency, focus, and accountability. Our ideal candidate is proactive, coachable, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. They take ownership of their work, are disciplined in execution, and are motivated by continuous improvement and performance. - Own outbound pipeline generation across assigned lead sources - Execute structured, multi-touch outreach using HubSpot sequences (calls, emails, SMS) to engage prospects and create qualified opportunities - Research accounts, projects, and contacts to build targeted prospect lists aligned to ACD’s ideal customer profile - Personalize outreach based on project activity, account context, and lead source to drive higher engagement and response rates - Conduct initial discovery to understand contract workflow, project pipeline, and potential fit for AIA Contract Documents - Qualify prospects and schedule meetings (demos) for Account Executives with clear context and documented notes in CRM - Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure all assigned leads are actively worked with no gaps in coverage - Partner closely with AEs to align target accounts, messaging, and opportunity strategy - Accurately track all activity and maintain CRM hygiene within HubSpot - Meet or exceed monthly targets for activity, meeting conversion, and qualified opportunity creation - Making 100+ outbound phone calls each day - Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications - 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - SaaS experience and/or HubSpot experience are strongly preferred - Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - High energy and a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits - Competitive Salary - Company-paid health, dental and vision benefits for employees - 401k with company match - Bonus potential - Remote position
