• Team leadership & development • Manage, coach and develop an onboarding team (approx. 5–8 colleagues) • Conduct goal-setting conversations and performance reviews • Evolve and optimize standardized onboarding processes and best practices • Implement new tools and automation solutions to increase efficiency • Project and stakeholder management • Close coordination with Sales, Product Management and Engineering • Establish a proactive, solution-oriented escalation process • Ensure an outstanding customer experience during the implementation phase • Define, monitor and report relevant KPIs (Time-to-Value, churn risk, onboarding NPS) • Derive data-driven optimization measures

Job Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in customer onboarding, customer success or comparable roles, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Initial leadership experience (team size: 5+ employees)
  • Strong affinity for process optimization and automation (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot Workflows)
  • Nice to have: Experience with process automation or AI tools (Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, GPT-based automations)
  • Nice to have: Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com

Role Description The Activation Onboarding Implementation Specialist guides partners through the Activation stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for creating excitement, urgency, and momentum immediately after a partner joins Asher Health, ensuring partners move quickly from sign-up to execution during the critical first 14 days. This is not a passive onboarding or customer support role. Activation is about momentum creation, confidence building, and driving immediate action. You will work directly with partners through onboarding calls, messaging platforms, and activation workflows to help them understand the opportunity in front of them, remove friction early, and accelerate their path toward launch and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is highly action-oriented, creates energy in conversations, communicates with urgency and clarity, and knows how to push partners toward execution rather than hesitation or delay. They are skilled at building trust quickly, maintaining accountability, and ensuring partners feel supported, confident, and motivated from day one while supporting workflows remain organized, efficient, and aligned with Asher Health’s patient-first philosophy.
