Role Description - Architecting Go to Market Solutions, defining the technology stack to achieve marketplace match and competitive differentiation. - Translating macro solution characteristics into working demonstrations and project accelerators. - Leading technology focused sections of RFPs, participating in client orals. - Leading cross-functional solution development teams to work in a collaborative, outcome-oriented environment. - Providing technical oversight and guidance on client engagements. Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of IT experience. - Experience delivering HHS projects, including but not limited to Integrated Eligibility, Child Support, Child Welfare, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and/or Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES). - Bachelor's degree. - Experience with leading-edge technologies across Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enterprise platforms. - Proven track record of leading solution architecture initiatives and delivering impactful technology solutions in the HHS domain. - Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Government Procurement Expertise: Familiarity with the HHS procurement lifecycle, including experience with RFP/RFI responses, contract vehicles, and state-specific procurement processes. - Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be US citizen or Permanent resident. - Must be able to pass the government background check. Requirements - Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, PMP, or SAFe Agilist. - Knowledge of data interoperability standards (e.g., NIEM, HL7), data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and master data management.
