Role Description FAR Inspections is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Crisp County, Georgia and surrounding communities. If you live in or near Cordele or anywhere in Crisp County, this is a great opportunity to earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule. As a Field Inspector covering Crisp County, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions. - Autonomy: You manage your own routing, schedule, and territory. - Efficiency: Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site. - Consistency: Enjoy stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county. Note: This role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in your assigned territory. This territory includes a mix of suburban neighborhoods and rural stretches, offering variety in your daily route and a balance of quick stops and scenic drives. Qualifications - Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision. - Ability to pass a standard background check. Requirements - Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle. - Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps. - Computer with an internet connection and a printer. Earnings & Volume - Flat-Rate Pay: This is a 1099 position where you are paid a set fee for every inspection completed. - Earning Potential: While pay is per-inspection, efficient contractors typically earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour. - Volume: Rates and inspection volume vary by county. Lower volume counties typically feature higher per-inspection rates, while higher volume counties offer more consistent daily work. - This Territory: Crisp County averages approximately 5 inspections per month.

Role Description DAS Health is seeking an Application Support Specialist II – NextGen EPM to join our Application Support team. This is a fully remote role dedicated specifically to NextGen Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) on the billing and practice management side. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems but also likes to think beyond the ticket. You’ll support healthcare practices using NextGen EPM by troubleshooting issues tied to scheduling, billing, claims, and accounts receivable, while also advising clients on best practices, workflow optimization, and long-term operational improvements. What You’ll Do - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for NextGen EPM, with a strong emphasis on billing, claims, AR, and scheduling workflows. - Troubleshoot application, workflow, and administrative configuration issues and identify root causes. - Advise clients on NextGen EPM best practices and workflow optimization, not just technical fixes. - Support the full revenue cycle lifecycle in alignment with RCM best practices. - Analyze trends and recurring issues to help identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements. - Provide configuration assistance and troubleshooting support for Luma Health / NextGen Patient Engage workflows. - Document all support activity accurately in ConnectWise while meeting SLA and KPI expectations. - Communicate clearly with clients, set expectations, and de-escalate high-pressure situations. - Partner with internal teams and vendors to drive timely, sustainable resolutions. - Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen EPM, specifically on the billing and practice management side. - Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle, including claims analysis and AR management. - Experience with NextGen administrative and billing-side configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and also advise on workflow and operational best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a root-cause mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly with clients. - Associate’s Degree in a healthcare or healthcare IT–related field. Preferred Qualifications - NextGen EPM certification. - Experience supporting NextGen version 8. - Experience with Luma Health or similar patient engagement platforms. - Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare or IT-related field.
