Role Description Provide a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service. - Inbound customer support service - processing tickets/chats. - Please note that this is a project based contract, for 6 months, with possibility of being extended. Qualifications - Advanced level of French language (both spoken and written) - Intermediate level of English language - Great communication, strong listening & problem-solving abilities - Positive & team player attitude, customer centricity & accuracy - Flexibility, energy and dedication.
