Role Description The Director of Accounting / Assistant Controller is a key leadership role within the Finance organization, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, leading the global close and consolidation process, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements. This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally and across regions to resolve complex accounting matters, drive process improvements, and align stakeholders around consistent, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to influence and lead in a dynamic, global environment.
