  • Atención al usuario, comunicación clara y solución de incidencias siguiendo procedimientos.
  • Familiaridad con troubleshooting, sistemas de acceso remoto y herramientas de diagnóstico.
  • Nivel mínimo: técnico en informática/sistemas; certificaciones (A+ / CCNA) son un plus.
