Role Description We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS solution. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, have a proven track record in B2B demand generation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! - Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display, content syndication, email marketing, and webinars. - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets. - Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to develop compelling assets (e-books, whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that fuel lead nurturing and conversion. - Implement and refine lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to ensure efficient handoff to the sales team. - Utilize marketing automation platforms to build and execute campaigns, segment audiences, and track performance. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, regularly reporting on key metrics. - Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email content to continuously improve conversion rates. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, B2B marketing, and SaaS. - Manage budget allocation for demand generation initiatives, ensuring efficient spend and maximum impact. - Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on goals and optimize the customer journey. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar role, specifically within a B2B SaaS company. - Proven track record of driving measurable results in lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. - Expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. - Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles. - Solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer's journey. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Role Description To investigate claims against insurance or other companies for personal, casualty, or property loss or damages; attempts to effect out-of-court settlement with claimant. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Handles complex losses locally unassisted up to designated authority; assists on larger losses, including handling accounting-based losses (business interruption and stock). - Examines claim form and other records to determine insurance coverage. - Interviews, telephones, or corresponds with claimant and witnesses regarding claim. - Consults police and hospital records; inspects property damage to determine extent of company's liability and varying methods of investigation according to type of insurance. - Estimates cost of repair, replacement, or compensation. - Prepares report of findings and negotiates settlement with claimant. - Recommends litigation by legal department when settlement cannot be negotiated. - Attends litigation hearings. - Revises case reserves in assigned claims files to cover probable costs. - Assists in preparing loss experience report to help determine profitability and calculates adequate future rates.
