Role Description As a Client Support Associate at Hazelwood Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience throughout their entire home buying process. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and communication while guiding them through each stage of their home purchase. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to our Sales team by creating and maintaining customer files and records - Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients to view our model homes - Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales contracts and other administrative tasks related to purchasing a home - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from prospective clients, providing relevant information and directing them to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and maintain a strong online presence, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately - Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of their home purchase and address any potential issues - Attend client meetings and home inspections as needed, ensuring that all necessary documents and materials are prepared and organized - Continuously evaluate and improve our customer support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment - Assertive and confident in addressing customer concerns and inquiries - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for clients - Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required Benefits - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Competitive compensation - Advancement opportunities - Comprehensive benefits package
