Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Deep expertise architecting distributed systems on AWS (compute, networking, data, IAM, observability)
- Strong Node.js background and a clear point of view on building maintainable services at scale
- Experience designing platform-agnostic systems that can run on any major hyperscaler
- Track record of improving performance, scalability, and deployment velocity in production environments
- Proven ability to grow engineers, hire well, and run a team that ships consistently

A Day in the Life We’re seeking a high-impact, well-rounded Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business users, consultants, internal teams, and vendors to design and maintain resilient infrastructure systems that support our global operations. You will lead our global IT infrastructure engineering team with a focus on platform management, cloud services, security, and cross-functional leadership. This role is ideal for someone with 5–8 years of progressive technical leadership experience, deep knowledge of modern IT environments, and a proven track record of people management, vendor collaboration, and service excellence. The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 USD commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. Ideally, this position is located in Orange County with a hybrid schedule in our Irvine, CA office. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-first leader who brings technical depth across, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, server/storage infrastructure and platform engineering, with the ability to drive innovation, standardization, and business alignment. The Infrastructure Manager’s day revolves around leading a global IT team to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s infrastructure. You start by reviewing system health dashboards, security alerts, and key performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, such as cloud optimization, M&A integrations, or server builds while balancing people management, budgeting, and high-impact project delivery.
