Manager, Sales Compensation
Flock Safety
• Own the administration, governance, and ongoing execution of our sales compensation programs as we scale. • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure compensation plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly across all variable-based roles. • Bring structure, rigor, and operational excellence to the end-to-end sales compensation process, helping ensure timely payouts, strong controls, and clear communication across the organization. • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building process, managing complex workflows, and serving as a trusted operational partner to cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, finance, or a related analytical/operational role
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or similar platforms preferred, with strong preference for SPIFF experience
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, or similar systems preferred
- WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive, high-impact data and calculations
- Ability to manage recurring processes with deadlines, controls, and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills preferred
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with senior leaders and non-finance partners
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and improving processes as the business evolves.
