- Support vendor selection by conducting financial and commercial evaluations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business requirements - Collaborate with operational and support departments to identify procurement needs, source suitable suppliers, and manage the tendering process - Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and adherence to financial and contractual obligations - Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations to ensure vendors deliver against agreed commercial terms - Review vendor costs, billing accuracy, and spend trends to prevent overcharges and value leakage - Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or renegotiation - Ensure suppliers align with YSI brand standards, compliance requirements, and financial controls - Maintain oversight of contracts, pricing structures, and renewal timelines to support budgeting and forecasting - Collaborate with the Financial Control and Analysis team to support accruals, cost tracking, and budget vs. actual variance analysis - Collaborate with Legal, Operations and relevant departments to ensure proper contract governance and risk management - Oversee vendor onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing governance processes

• Operational procurement and planning of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies in the required quality for installation in aircraft, including price negotiations • Scheduling, release and monitoring of internal and external production orders • Ensuring incorporation of design changes during serial production • Advising and supporting internal departments on procurement matters • Proactive schedule monitoring and follow-up of components and assemblies to be procured • Development of new suppliers and point of contact for technical inquiries • Active problem-solving for procurement bottlenecks and issues • Continuous optimization of planning data, inventories and availability, and development of improvement proposals for planning processes • Participation in various projects

• Coordinate, order, and record material handling, placing product orders, receiving, storage, and record keeping for meeting needs of division projects. • Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies. • Review all receiving reports, checks bills of lading and freight bills for correct quantity and items delivered. Document all shipments and withdrawals and inspect for damage or errors.

• Operationalize the global geodiversity strategy, providing data-driven recommendations for pivots based on supplier performance, regional stability, and total landed cost analysis. • Monitor monthly scorecards (KPIs) covering quality, on-time delivery, and cost; use these insights to improve supplier performance and manage key partnerships. • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly cost targets for defined categories; manage annual tooling budget and monthly reconciliation with Finance. • Oversee development lifecycles and mitigate calendar roadblocks to ensure on-time product readiness for PO placements. • Lead process-improvement efforts to streamline workflows, improve cross-functional communication, and reduce lead times/sample rounds. • Directly manage and mentor a Sourcing Manager, fostering a high-performance team environment and serving as a subject matter expert for the broader department.
