• Own and shape the long‑term strategy for a portfolio of key hotel group customers, acting as their senior point of contact • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and help them get the most value from our software • Lead commercial conversations such as renewals and growth opportunities, taking a consultative and solutions‑led approach • Work closely with teams like Product, Customer Success and Support to make sure customer needs are clearly understood and delivered against

- Experience in strategic or senior account management, ideally within hospitality, distribution or software
- Confidence presenting to senior audiences and explaining complex ideas in a clear, simple way
- Experience working with commercial metrics such as retention, growth and forecasting
- An interest in mentoring others and sharing knowledge to help the wider team grow

Role Description Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in managing client relationships, driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, overseeing campaign management, and identifying account expansion opportunities across Enterprise brands and agencies.
