The environment is flexible. Most work is done remotely, with periodic meetups at the Houston office for planning sessions, design reviews, or team events. If you prefer a mix of heads-down development and occasional face time, this setup works. This is not a “configure screens and move on” position. You’ll be building systems that people rely on to make real operational decisions in real time.
