Role Description As a RealPage Senior Product Manager, Product Management, you will be a hands-on owner of an Affordable product area and interact with a team of other product managers who will help create, maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings. You will work collaboratively with engineering (Developers and QA) across a global organization and will report into a Director/Sr Director of Product Management. - Hands-on owner of an Affordable Product area, ensuring OneSite Affordable remains compliant with regulatory changes - Delivers market and product vision and new product innovations - Supports relationships with Affordable Housing clients - Drives PME (Problem Management Escalations) to completion - Interacting internal cross-functional stakeholder relationships (engineering, support, CS) Responsibilities include: - Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap (for product modules/Add on products or similar) - Leads process modeling and translates customer needs into requirements - Plans, designs, and analyzes user requirements for development - Breakdown of requirements into Epics/features/stories and acceptance criteria - Identifies cross product dependencies and impact - Demos (internal or external, as needed) - Analyze & triage product maintenance issues - Applies broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems, suggest process improvements, and review technical solutions - Works & coordinates with multiple scrum teams (PO for multiple scrum teams) - Oversee Scrum team backlog creation/refinement - Plans, prioritizes, and organizes multiple work streams - Customer interaction (discovery, user groups) Qualifications - 5-8 years product management experience in a regulated, calculation-driven market segment or industry. - Affordable Housing Industry specific domain experience valued, but not required - 3+ years management experience - Bachelor’s Degree - SaaS based product company experience - Experience in market research and analysis - Product Mindset - Business minded/Strategy focused - Visionary, leading with influence - Customer-focused, market sensing - Commercially and financially responsible - Collaborative; facilitator; relationship enabler - Strategic problem-solving focus/analytical skills - Strong communicator; transparent & trusted - Tenacious, proactive & courageous - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and/or user interface design tools.
