Job Description

Senior Product Designer, Web Funnels, Growth & Monetization

Reverse Tech

• Own the end-to-end design of B2C web funnels — from concept to production-ready experiences and live experimentation, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and upsells • Drive funnel performance improvements (CR, AOV, LTV) through iterative design and a structured experimentation cadence • Design and optimize acquisition entry points and pre-conversion experiences — shaping how users discover, trust, and enter the funnel • Lead design-driven discovery: competitor analysis, data analysis, and behavioral insights to identify high-impact opportunities • Partner with the Growth PM to design, launch, and iterate A/B tests — from hypothesis and success metrics to final design solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to shape growth priorities and roadmap • Use AI tools actively to accelerate prototyping, ideation, and design-to-development handoff — and help define how the team adopts these tools at scale

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on web — landing pages, funnels, or growth-oriented digital products
  • Solid understanding of conversion design principles — you know why layouts, copy hierarchy, and friction points affect CR, and you design with that in mind
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests — you're comfortable defining hypotheses, success metrics, and reading experiment results
  • Data literacy — you work with analytics and behavioral data to inform decisions, not just validate them after the fact
  • Proven experience building and maintaining design systems — you know how to create scalable, reusable components that work across teams and speed up the design-to-production cycle
  • Active, practical use of AI tools in your design workflow — for prototyping, copy generation, ideation, or dev handoff acceleration. We want to see how you use them, not just that you know they exist
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — you can present design rationale clearly to PMs, engineers, and non-designers.

Benefits

  • 100% remote and flexible work hours
  • Top notch equipment (MacBook Pro or PC, you decide)
  • Full-time employment
  • Learning from the best, including ex-Googlers and more
  • Unlimited growth prospects
  • Inclusion in a winning team
  • Competitive compensation
  • A fun, non-corporate atmosphere

Role Description As a User Experience Researcher/Designer with Bravo17, you’ll help raise the bar for user experience of federal agencies and the Department of Defense. This will require developing an in-depth understanding of agency missions, the varied needs of their users and applicable policy, in addition to all the industry standard responsibilities and qualifications of the role. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic User Experience Researcher/Designer with 0-4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of user-centered products of federal agencies by conducting user research, designing user interfaces, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to grow their UX skills and contribute to impactful products. What You'll Do - User Research: - Assist in conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, quantitative analysis, and usability testing. - Analyze user data and contribute to the development of user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts. - Support the creation of research reports and presentations. - UX Design: - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers. - Participate in design reviews and critiques. - Learn and apply UX best practices to design solutions. - No need to be an amazing visual designer, but core understanding of hierarchy, typography, and spatial relationships is important. - Collaboration: - Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly and concisely. - Professional Development: - Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow your UX skills. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UX research and design. Qualifications - 0-4 years of practical experience in the UX field. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with good file setup hygiene and solid prototyping skills. - Excellent communication (especially written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to learn quickly, think critically about your own work, and adapt to new challenges. - Portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience applying UX principles. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) preferred. Who You Are - You are a builder. You are comfortable operating without excessive structure and know how to create clarity where it doesn’t exist. - You thrive in environments where standards are high, teams are small, and impact is visible. You do not need hand-holding, but you are collaborative and generous with your expertise. - You are motivated by mission-driven work and understand the responsibility that comes with designing for federal and defense environments. You can balance user-centered design with regulatory constraints, policy requirements, and security realities. - You take ownership without waiting to be asked. - You are comfortable leading research and design with minimal oversight. - You communicate confidently with senior federal stakeholders. - You know how to defend design decisions with data and rationale. - You are adaptable when priorities shift. - You care deeply about quality and usability, even in complex systems. - You see ambiguity as an opportunity, not a blocker. - You want to be part of building something, not just contributing to something already built. Additional Information - Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Required (or willingness to apply for Secret). - Work Environment: Bravo17 is a growing federal digital services firm. We operate with high accountability, lean teams, and a strong sense of ownership. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, initiative, and a bias toward action.
