Job Requirements

  • A proven background in account management, particularly in retaining and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • A proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • You're AI savvy, previous experience of Claude is an added bonus
