Role Description Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Scientifique, Conception de médicaments assistée par ordinateur (CADD) et chimio-informatique pour rejoindre notre équipe, basée à Montréal (Québec) ou en travaillant à distance au Canada. Les principales responsabilités consistent à mettre en œuvre des approches de chimie computationnelle et de chimio-informatique pour soutenir et orienter des projets de chimie médicinale, ainsi qu'à développer et à maintenir des modèles d'apprentissage automatique. Ce poste offre également la possibilité de s'orienter vers le développement de méthodes computationnelles et de s'impliquer dans la chimie analytique et la DMPK dans le contexte de l'apprentissage automatique, dans le cadre du développement professionnel. Ce poste offre la possibilité d'être à la fine pointe du développement scientifique en chimio-informatique et en chimie computationnelle. Ce poste relèvera du Directeur senior, Chimie computationnelle. Le candidat idéal fera preuve de créativité, de curiosité, d'une volonté d'apprendre et de flexibilité. Responsibilities - Fournir un soutien en chimie computationnelle et en chimio-informatique, en collaboration avec les équipes de chimie médicinale, afin d'orienter les décisions relatives aux projets; - Contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d'approches d'apprentissage automatique pour la découverte de médicaments (par exemple, la prédiction des propriétés) afin de faciliter la hiérarchisation des composés; - Participer au développement et à la maintenance des flux de travail liés aux données chimiques et expérimentales; - Contribuer à l'intégration des données et au développement des flux de travail tout au long du processus de découverte de médicaments, et participer à la gouvernance des données. Qualifications - Formation : Baccalauréat et/ou maîtrise en chimie, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, et/ou doctorat dans le même domaine; - Expérience : 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie sont souhaitables. Diplôme MSc ou PhD en chimie organique synthétique; - Maîtrise d'au moins un langage de programmation (Python, R, SVL); - Connaissance des logiciels de chimie computationnelle ou de chimio-informatique (par exemple MOE, Schrodinger, OpenEye, RDKit); - Connaissances de base en chimie computationnelle; - Une expérience des flux de travail en chimio-informatique et du traitement des données, des bibliothèques codées en ADN ou de CDD Vault sera un atout. Requirements - Bilinguisme (français et anglais); - Très bonnes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite; - Bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes; - Bon sens de l'organisation et souci du détail, avec la capacité de gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités; - Autorisé de travailler au Canada. Role Description MilliporeSigma is looking for a Process Development Scientist to join the technical branch of the commercial organization in the Midwest, working remotely from Indianapolis, Chicago, St. Louis, or Minneapolis, and supporting process development and manufacturing sciences activities.
