Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud Functional SCM, MS

• Apply deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM Applications especially in OM, PO, INVENTORY, COSTING, MFG modules and industry best practices to design cost-effective solutions for client business challenges. • Refine customer requirements, document them thoroughly, and present for client approval. • Identify and apply creative, innovative approaches to resolve system issues. • Provide high-quality customer support by collaborating with client teams to gather information and resolve day-to-day system issues. • Troubleshoot client problems through research, service request (SR) management, system testing, and configuration adjustments. • Work directly with Oracle to resolve service requests efficiently. • Collaborate with client teams during upgrade activities, including system configuration, testing, and end-user training. • Proactively contribute to support processes by suggesting and implementing efficiencies. • Document common support issues and workarounds to reduce future support requests. • Participate in team training activities to stay current with Oracle Cloud functionality. • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients to enhance overall support quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
- 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
- Deep functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement (including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (including Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Lot/Serial Control, Cycle Counting).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management (including Costing Methods, Cost Elements, Cost Rollups, Inventory Valuation).
- Ability to understand the integration points between Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, and other SCM/Finance modules.
- Strong consulting and business analytical skills with the ability to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and independently handle client expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- High commitment to exceeding performance expectations and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
