Role Description Designs, structures, publishes useful and usable content that drives a positive customer experience and competitive web presence. - Manages content through all phases of web delivery, including facilitation of page design requirements, page walkthroughs, QA reviews, quality and performance reviews, content updates and archival requests. - Supports implementation of the content workflow and governance model and serves as a subject matter expert for content processes and tools. - Adheres to editorial calendars in support of campaign and content delivery deadlines. - Collaborates with digital content curators in the development and optimization of web content. - Reviews copy, performs quality control checks, and makes adjustments as needed to ensure published content meets quality and performance criteria. - Takes initiative to investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot web content issues, and then selects and explains/documents the best solutions. - Leads walkthroughs with stakeholders prior to publishing. - Participates in content strategy activities that support site migrations projects. - Reviews content metrics and develops insights and recommendations to inform optimization decisions. - Continuously evaluates business and technical needs and best practices for content design and delivery and makes recommendations for improvements. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Examples of work: - Sorts, routes, checks-in, and shelves library materials accurately and efficiently. - Reviews shelved library materials to ensure accuracy of placement. - Maintains order and attractiveness of library collections through balancing, edging, and shifting materials. - Clears areas such as carts, baskets, and tables of library materials. - Performs other tasks of a similar nature as assigned We currently have the following position available: Main Library Monday - Thursday: 1-5pm Alternating Friday/Saturday: 2-6pm Occasionally required: Sundays from 1-5 pm This position will be regularly scheduled at the listed branch.
