Ingénieur(e) Service Client – Senior Customer Support Engineer

• Intervenir sur les instruments des sites clients de l’ensemble de sa zone géographique d’affectation • Réaliser l’installation, l’optimisation, l’entretien et le dépannage des instruments • Partager les règles de bonne utilisation avec les utilisateurs • Garantir un niveau optimal de fonctionnement des équipements • Planifier son activité et donner de la visibilité sur son planning à sa hiérarchie • Réaliser la maintenance des instruments et les mises à jour logicielles et matérielles • Appliquer les protocoles de maintenance et de qualification • Documenter systématiquement chaque intervention • Former les clients et leur fournir le rapport d'intervention • Gérer le stock de matériel nécessaire aux interventions • Animer les formations techniques internes et/ou externes sur les instruments
Job Requirements
- Expérience préalable sur un poste itinérant
- Compétences techniques sur les équipements couramment utilisés dans les laboratoires : Maîtrise de la gamme de produits en chromatographie requise
- Connaissances en caractérisation des matériaux et en techniques d’analyse inorganique, souhaitées ; une formation pourra être assurée le cas échéant
- Animation de formations
- Anglais professionnel lu, écrit et parlé (formations techniques dispensées en anglais, y compris à l’étranger)
- Niveau intermédiaire sur la Suite MS Office
- Habilitation opérations d’ordre électrique en basse tension dans le respect des textes réglementaires et des prescriptions de la norme C18-510: BR TBT et BT (formation assurée sinon)
