• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned verticals or territories, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. • Align with Sr. Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to lead partner selling motions across mid-market and enterprise business units. • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to shape compelling project scopes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with the client's needs. • Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client’s pain points, goals, and technical environment. • Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer’s business case and technical requirements. • Accurately forecast opportunities and pipeline through CRM hygiene and consistent deal review. • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience selling into VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how Salesforce products can drive value for complex organizations.
- Experience selling service engagements in the $100K–$1M+ range.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in a high-autonomy environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and results.
