Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and bar membership in at least one jurisdiction - At least 8+ years of relevant technology law experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department in a technology or healthcare company - Strong understanding of technology and its legal and ethical implications, knowledge of industry standards and best practices - Knowledge and understanding of AI related legal and governance requirements.
