Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree with a minimum 7 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience required
  • Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum 6 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience required
  • Experience in clinical research and/or study management
  • Study management/leadership experience
  • Experience with oversight of CROs and vendors
  • Experience in managing per subject costs, vendor and ancillary and monitoring costs projections and spend
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours, as required, to support global trials or initiatives
  • Ability to travel, as required, including IMs, vendor kick off and re-set meetings, and client internal global or department level meetings

This role is responsible for managing property operations, cultivating strong relationships with tenants and vendors, and annual common area maintenance (CAM) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, along with related financial reporting. The Property Manager plays a key role in executing the company’s strategy by implementing operational initiatives that enhance the properties’ profitability, safety and overall performance. The ideal candidate brings hands on retail property management experience and a proven ability to foster productive tenant and vendor partnerships. This position is based remotely in the greater Atlanta, GA area, with regular travel (approximately 50%-70%) to assigned retail properties and construction sites for on-site monitoring and meetings. This role serves as the primary liaison between the hospital and the referring community while also owning the planning and execution of referring DVM and client engagement events and the management of all community partnerships. Working collaboratively with hospital leadership, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams, the Referral Relationship Manager uses data, insights, and relationship-building to improve referral performance, optimize the referral experience, and support business growth. This position requires a balance of field engagement, strategic planning, event planning and execution, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
