The School Data Coordinator is responsible for analyzing and interpreting assessment data related to individual student achievement and overall academic performance across grades K-12. This role maintains accurate and confidential student achievement records and supports data analysis training for teachers and administrators to improve instruction and student learning outcomes, with a focus on academically at-risk students. In addition, the coordinator supports data collection for required assessments, applies appropriate statistical methods, reviews school and state data to identify trends and comparisons, and develops reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed. The position also serves as a member of the state testing team, supporting in-person testing initiatives during all testing administrations throughout the year. This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.
