Fullstack Engineer, Java, Angular
InPost Group
• Design, develop, and test full-stack features - Java/Spring microservices on the backend, Angular on the frontend - ensuring high performance and reliability (working with maps, geocoding APIs, administrative structures in multiple countries) • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP) supporting your team's services • Maintain and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis) powering logistics workflows • Respond to and resolve production incidents; contribute to post-mortem analysis and follow-up improvements • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate delivery while critically evaluating generated outputs • Collaborate with Tech Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX designers to translate business requirements into well-engineered solutions • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position and working in Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of technology, market trends, and standards in software development.
- Practical knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
- Understanding of the need to automate the software delivery process and practical experience of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience in developing cloud-native applications will be highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with mobile app products will be an asset.
- English language skills at a professional level (minimum B2+).
- Independence, proactivity, organization of your work.
- Having a consumer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.

Role Description Nuestro Backend Developer será responsable del desarrollo y mantenimiento del servidor, APIs, bases de datos y lógica de negocio que soportan las operaciones digitales de FarmaGO (CRM, ERP, logística, farmacia, plataforma cliente). Asegura integridad de datos, seguridad y eficiencia del sistema, y colabora con el equipo de Front-End para facilitar la adopción de la herramienta por parte del paciente. - Módulos del Servidor: Construir y personalizar módulos del servidor según los requerimientos técnicos y de negocio de FarmaGO. - APIs y Bases de Datos: Configurar y mantener las conexiones con APIs externas y bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, asegurando integridad y disponibilidad de la información. - Seguridad e Integridad: Garantizar seguridad de la información y protección de datos mediante autenticación JWT, OAuth y buenas prácticas en APIs REST. - Optimización de Rendimiento: Optimizar rendimiento del servidor y tiempos de respuesta; analizar métricas de velocidad y estabilidad para mejorar la experiencia del usuario final. - Pruebas y Validaciones: Implementar pruebas unitarias y validaciones automatizadas; revisar código SQL e integración en cada solicitud de pull request. - Colaboración con Front-End y UX/UI: Colaborar con los equipos de Front-End y UX/UI para implementar. - Arquitectura y Microservicios: Diseñar y mantener arquitectura de microservicios y servicios REST escalables, aplicando patrones de diseño backend modernos. - Cloud Computing: Gestionar y optimizar recursos en servicios cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP), incluyendo monitoreo continuo de logs y métricas del sistema. - Documentación Técnica: Documentar código y procesos de desarrollo en herramientas internas como GitHub, manteniendo actualización de dependencias y parches de seguridad. - Ceremonias Ágiles: Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles (Daily, Planning, Retrospectivas) y contribuir al cumplimiento de entregables técnicos por sprint. - Revisión de Arquitectura: Revisar periódicamente la arquitectura backend y el rendimiento de tablas de bases de datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
