• Create short and long-form social videos that are engaging, informative, and entertaining for the Curiously & Hear Me Out audiences. • Leverage understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, along with digital media trends. • Generate and pitch story ideas, research, and script vertical video content specifically tailored for various platforms. • Travel for key events and video interview opportunities for news coverage and formats, where required.
Job Requirements
- Strong social video experience (short & long form) preferably coming from an editorial background.
- Passionate and creative, with demonstrated ability to deliver compelling and promotable stories through video.
- Ability to inject personality into content and strike the right tone where appropriate.
- Experience of filming, editing and producing creative, engaging social video content tailored for specific platforms.
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
- Strong video editor with experience with software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Qualification in Journalism (NCTJ) & Media Law knowledge is highly desirable, but not essential.

Role Description We are seeking freelance Mathematics Content Developers to create structured lesson materials aligned with the Cambridge curriculum for ESL learners. This role supports a digital flipped-classroom model in which students learn through self-study materials before joining teacher-led live lessons. You will work from a predefined curriculum map and follow provided templates and content guidelines. This role is well suited to educators or content developers who can create clear, student-friendly Mathematics materials and adapt content for learners using English as an additional language. The materials developed in this role are primarily intended for teacher delivery and classroom implementation. However, candidates with strong teaching capability may also be considered for future teaching opportunities where appropriate. Role Description Kickstarter is seeking a passionate and strategic Creator Success Specialist to join our Outreach team. Reporting to the Director of Outreach, the Creator Success Specialist, Cross Category will work closely with cross-functional teams to cultivate relationships with key creators, support their campaign launches, and advocate for their needs internally. In this role, you will: - Creator Engagement & Support: - Provide strategic guidance to creators, helping them craft strong campaigns, refine their launch strategies, and connect with relevant community resources. - Track creator interactions using Kickstarter’s CRM, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for curation and outreach support. - Community Education & Development: - Work within the assigned segment to educate and empower creators by sharing best practices, industry insights, and platform resources. - Provide operational support for community development programs like open calls, ecosystem partnerships, and Forward Funds. - Product Adoption & Feedback Loop: - Support the development and rollout of new product features and services by recruiting beta participants and driving awareness and adoption among priority creators. - Serve as an internal champion for the needs of creators, surfacing feedback on product, policies, and user experience to internal stakeholders. - Content & Marketing Collaboration: - Utilize Kickstarter’s curation channels to showcase creators' work and collaborate with marketing teams to feature priority creators across brand channels.
