Role Description En Sharkally, empresa especializada en automatización e inteligencia artificial (IA), buscamos un practicante profesional con interés en desarrollo de software y procesos digitales para apoyar proyectos tecnológicos orientados tanto al sector público (administración pública y licitaciones) como al sector privado. Trabajarás directamente con el equipo fundador participando en proyectos reales, con foco en automatización, análisis y ejecución técnica. - Apoyar en el desarrollo y mejora de soluciones de automatización de procesos. - Colaborar en la integración de herramientas tecnológicas (APIs, plataformas digitales, flujos automatizados). - Apoyar en el análisis técnico de requerimientos para proyectos del sector público y privado. - Documentar procesos, flujos y soluciones técnicas. - Apoyar en pruebas, validación y optimización de soluciones desarrolladas. - Participar en proyectos relacionados con licitaciones, plataformas digitales y procesos administrativos automatizados. Qualifications - Estudiante o egresado reciente de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Informática o afines. - Interés en automatización, desarrollo de software e inteligencia artificial. - Conocimientos básicos en lógica de programación (Python, JavaScript u otro lenguaje similar). - Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (Google Workspace, documentación técnica). - Capacidad de análisis, orden y atención al detalle. - Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender en un entorno startup. Role Description - Read and interpret COBOL programs, copybooks, JCL, and related mainframe code. - Write clean, correct COBOL code based on technical requirements. - Debug COBOL logic and identify issues in existing programs. - Explain code behavior, business logic, and data flow clearly. - Review AI-generated COBOL solutions for correctness, completeness, and style. - Provide high-quality feedback to improve AI model performance on legacy code tasks.
