Corporate Paralegal

Role Description Kpler is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal, Risk & Compliance team in managing corporate governance and entity administration across its global footprint. This role is critical in ensuring that Kpler’s worldwide entities - primarily across Europe, with ongoing global expansion and frequent organisational and governance changes - remain compliant with local corporate requirements. The Corporate Paralegal will coordinate with external counsel, maintain accurate corporate records, and support the creation and ongoing management of legal entities worldwide. Responsibilities - Corporate governance & Entity management - Maintain and update corporate records for Kpler entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness across jurisdictions. - Track and manage corporate deadlines (e.g., annual filings, approvals, renewals) to ensure full compliance with local requirements. - Support the implementation and maintenance of Delegations of Authority (DoAs) across entities, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal policies. - External Counsel & Stakeholder Coordination - Act as a key point of contact with external legal advisors and corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions. - Coordinate requests, follow-ups and documentation to ensure timely completion of corporate filings and updates. - Ensure accurate and timely communication of corporate information to internal stakeholders. - Entity Formation & Corporate Projects - Support the incorporation of new entities globally. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on entity setup, structuring and documentation. - Assist with post-incorporation requirements, if needed (registrations, corporate documentation, etc.). - Corporate data management & DDQs - Maintain and own the corporate entity management tool (Klea), ensuring all entity data is accurate, up to date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Support the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), with a focus on corporate structure, governance, and entity-related information. - Maintain internal trackers to monitor entity status, governance actions and documentation. - Act as a reliable source of truth for corporate data used in customer, partner and regulatory requests. - Support internal audits and due diligence processes by preparing and providing corporate documentation. - Process Improvement & Organisation - Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of corporate governance and entity management processes. - Contribute to the standardisation of templates, trackers, and workflows across jurisdictions. - Support the optimisation of tools and systems used for entity management and documentation. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or in a similar role, in an international environment. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. - Experience with corporate governance and entity management across European jurisdictions; exposure to other regions is a plus. - Experience supporting DDQs or similar due diligence processes, particularly on corporate/legal information. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Nice to have - Experience supporting international entity incorporations outside of Europe (e.g., US, LATAM, APAC). - Familiarity with corporate/entity management tools (experience with Klea is a strong plus). - Exposure to due diligence processes in a commercial or SaaS environment.
