• Take end-to-end ownership of technical IT projects from initiation to delivery and handover, mainly in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, and Data Platform domains. • Translate business needs into clear delivery scope, priorities, and practical solutions that maximize business value within agreed budget and contract boundaries. • Own delivery priorities, including what gets built, what does not get built, and in what order. • Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and technical delivery constraints in alignment with agreed business outcomes. • Partner with clients on priorities, scope, trade-offs, risks, and solution direction; lead client-facing meetings and communicate progress clearly. • Work closely with technical teams, including data engineers, developers, architects, and business analysts, to remove blockers and drive problem-solving. • Lead or support Agile/Scrum ceremonies in Agile or hybrid delivery models. • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and lessons learned.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing technical IT projects in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, Data Platforms, or similar domains.
  • Experience combining Project Manager and Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog ownership, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and value-based decision-making.
  • Strong ownership mindset, customer focus, and ability to proactively solve problems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear delivery scope and drive practical, outcome-oriented solutions.
  • Experience in project planning, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Ability to assess scope changes, understand delivery impact, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
