Part Time Systems Engineer Co-Op

• Analyze and define how the system works creating use cases • Decompose requirements, define system interfaces and help determine how requirements will be validated and verified by the test team • Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Flight Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range • Support qualification of our products • Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment • Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB • Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders • Support and attend technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the program • Be a self-starter and work well with minimum supervision
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or August 2027
- Academic or internship experience that included hands-on testing of electronic equipment
- Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, or as part of a hobby
- Exposure to data analysis using tools such as MATLAB
