Role Description Buscamos un nuevo talento para sumarse al equipo de Business Process Delivery, con la oportunidad de colaborar en el proyecto LTS – Transformation Program. Como Finance Process & Operations Processor, la persona será responsable de: - Proveer métricas y reportes para dar soporte a la función de Finanzas. - Coordinar y brindar soporte a actividades de análisis financiero y reporting. - Actuar como subject matter expert, colaborando y gestionando al equipo para asegurar un desempeño efectivo. - Asumir responsabilidad sobre las decisiones del equipo. - Interactuar con múltiples equipos. - Contribuir en decisiones clave. - Proveer soluciones a problemas dentro del equipo inmediato y en colaboración con otros equipos. - Desarrollar y mejorar herramientas de reporting financiero para aumentar la precisión y la eficiencia. - Analizar datos financieros para identificar tendencias y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. - Colaborar con equipos cross-funcionales para optimizar operaciones financieras y mejorar procesos. - Dar soporte a la implementación de nuevos sistemas financieros y asegurar una transición fluida. - Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua identificando oportunidades dentro de los procesos financieros. Qualifications - Nivel avanzado/bilingüe de ingles, oral y escrito. - Nivel experto en Procesos Financieros. - Nivel avanzado en Financial Management Reporting. - Nivel avanzado en procesos y sistemas financieros.
