• Implementation and support of WMS projects: You plan and coordinate the deployment of our warehouse management solutions at customer sites and oversee projects from initial analysis through productive go-live. • Interface between customers, Operations & Engineering: You work closely with warehouse managers, operations teams and our engineering department to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. • Process analysis & solution design: You analyze existing warehouse and fulfillment processes, identify optimization opportunities and develop scalable digital workflows together with the team. • Management of technical implementations: You coordinate integrations, interfaces and technical requirements related to WMS, ERP and fulfillment systems, while keeping both operational and technical details in focus. • Customer communication & project management: You are the central point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, facilitate alignment meetings and ensure projects are executed efficiently. • Continuous improvement: You question existing processes and establish pragmatic solutions that actually work in day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience in IT project management, ideally in warehouse management, logistics or fulfillment
- Understanding of logistics processes such as goods receipt, picking, shipping or inventory control
- Technical understanding of software projects, APIs and system integrations
- Experience with WMS, ERP or other operational software systems
- Ability to capture and implement complex requirements in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence with customers and internal teams
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- High organizational skills and pragmatic thinking
- Interest in modern technologies and AI-supported workflows
- Preferable: Experience with Vibe Coding
- Good German or English language skills, both written and spoken
