• Responsible for achieving overall sales goals and growing the installed base of Hubbell’s technology products and services • Lead the customer engagement across multiple product lines • Develop winning strategies to assess customer needs, develop market leading solutions, gather/communicate market intelligence, and win business • Understand regional, state, and national dynamics within their region • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within utility management, project teams, channel partners, and industry stakeholders • Identify and develop opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers • Advocates to customer's stakeholders to drive and acquire funding mechanisms to expand market opportunities • Leads sales resources in analyzing accounts and developing actionable sales plans • Achieves sales targets by analyzing territory and customers • Conducts product presentations and demonstrations • Collaborates with Sales Channel Leadership to evaluate and maintain a network of agents/distributors • Coordinates project and quotation activities to maximize sales opportunities • Attends industry trade shows and coordinates customer meetings
• Develop sales plan with channel partner to ensure the revenue goals • Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews • Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance per week, month and quarter • Manage monthly forecasts for a 30/60/90/120-day period, and measure forecast by partner and product each month against actual supply/demand for accuracy • Review supply & demand forecast and accuracy with SCM manager • Update Sales activity reports • Identify market opportunities and develop channel coverage plan of territory for Fujifilm product segment and develop action items to increase partner coverage • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within each partner • Leverage Inside Sales resources to assist in management of targeted partners • Drive and track pipeline of sales opportunities and work with partners to accurately forecast quarterly territory sales by product and partner • Promote or schedule and run trainings for partners • Execute quarterly marketing tactical and demand generation activities to insure results with targeted partners • Communicate regularly with partners on product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes • Update management on performance, roadblocks and needs
